The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Miss Evanna McCutcheon, trainer of Send Harry for an additional ten minutes to present her charges for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(i). Subsequently, they failed to present for identification and were therefore withdrawn by order of the Raceday Stewards.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving Buddy Batt, ridden by R.P. Cleary, placed second and Prairie Girl, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed first, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P. Cleary stated that he suffered interference from Prairie Girl which caused his mount to become unbalanced and felt that this had cost him the race. C.T. Keane stated that the crosswind had caused his filly to drift into Buddy Batt but felt that this had not enhanced his finishing position. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that Prairie Girl had caused interference to Buddy Batt and as a result of this interference had improved it’s finishing position. As a consequence, the Raceday Stewards reversed the placings of the first and second and amended the result to read as follows:
First: Buddy Batt
Second: Prairie Girl
Third: Inishmot Prince
Fourth: Sporting Hero
Fifth: Billboa
Sixth: Tomarlo
Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that C.T. Keane was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his clean record in this regard they suspended him for two racedays.
R.P. Cleary, rider of Buddy Batt, trained by Tracey Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he received interference close to home.
370B Irishinjuredjockeys.com M'dnThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined God Of Power, trained by Andrew Slattery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Abbotsford (GB), trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving No Temperance (USA), ridden by D. Browne McMonagle, placed fourth and Outlaw Man (USA), ridden by W.J. Lee, placed fifth, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. Browne McMonagle stated that his mount was unbalanced so he pulled out but things became tight. W.J. Lee stated that his mount hung badly throughout, was nearly unrideable and when things became tight, he took a precautionary check but stated that this was not as a result of interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the Judge’s placings and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
W.J. Lee, rider of Outlaw Man (USA), trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right all the way and took a precautionary check up the straight.
P.A. Harnett, rider of Senator Of State, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green when he hit the front.
Adam Caffrey, rider of Tariff, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Theorist, trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was buffeted by the wind up the straight.
C. Geerdharry, rider of Miss Garcia, trained by Alan McIntyre, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount pulled up lame. This was subsequently confirmed by the IHRB Veterinary Officer who reported the animal to be lame right fore post race.
370C BAR 1 Betting New App Out Now H'capD.P. McDonogh, rider of Apache Outlaw, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount's action shortened a little bit up the straight.
370D1 Friday Night Lights At Dundalk H'capThe Raceday Stewards granted a request from Ian O'Connor, trainer of Drish Melody for an additional ten minutes to present his charges for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(i).
Adam Caffrey, rider of Una Matata, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right in the last two furlongs.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Thompson Gunner, ridden by Eryka Snioch, placed fourth and Una Matata, ridden by Adam Caffrey, placed first, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Eryka Snioch stated that she suffered interference from Una Matata and had to take back. Adam Caffrey stated that his mount hung badly right but that he had made every effort to straighten up. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
370D2 Friday Night Lights At Dundalk H'capThe Raceday Stewards interviewed Eryka Snioch, rider of Without Love (GB), concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Eryka Snioch stated that her mount was responding and running on for her. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Eryka Snioch was in breach of R10.3(b)(out of contention) and having considered her clean record in this regard, they suspended her for two racedays.
370F Now Racing Every Wed Apprentice H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Boyne Valley, ridden by W. Joyce, unplaced, Someone's Wish, ridden by M.W Hassett, placed sixth and Power Of Prayer (GER), ridden by H.J. Horgan, placed fifth, where it appeared Boyne Valley had to take a check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W. Joyce stated that his mount was dropping away he had to sit for half a stride. M.W Hassett stated that he felt pressure from the outside but that he maintained his line. H.J. Horgan stated that his filly jinked right for a stride but that he immediately corrected her. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards received a report from The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that S. Coen, rider of Doctor Grace, weighed in at 1.1lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he had changed into his heavy boots after weighing out and was unaware that the girth had subsequently been changed on his mount. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
W. Joyce, rider of Boyne Valley, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check.
J. Kearney, rider of Nibras Rainbow, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a small bit tight for room. Having viewed the recording of the race and noted the report given, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted. .
S.A. Wallace, rider of My Vonnie, trained by M.M. Rice, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.
Nicola Burns, rider of Deluca Chop (FR), trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung left in the home straight.
